What we eat impacts our health, our mood and our everyday life. My role as a dietitian is to help you find the right balance between a healthy lifestyle and also enjoy life. I help my clients understand the root of the problem when it comes to why they are gaining weight (stress, bad habits, hormonal disbalances- hormone hunger and insulin, cravings). I want you to understand the underneath root of the problem, not just help you loose weight.
Many of the chronical diseases like diabetes, autoimmune disease, irritable bowel syndrome and many others can be kept under controlled and even healed with the proper diet and supplements. You can help heal your body naturally with food.
Work experience:
I have been working in a gastroenterology clinic for 5 years, where I had clients that struggled with stomach and intestinal problems and obesity related sicknesses. At the moment I work as a free-lancer in Stavanger, Norway.
