  1. In a blender, mix the avocado well.
  2. In a saucepan, over low heat, mix the coconut milk (canned milk is thicker) with the sweetener and cocoa, mix with a whisk until the sweetener melts and combine the ingredients, it should not reach boiling point.
  3. Remove from the heat and add avocado, a pinch of salt, vanilla essence and chopped mint (the amount is determined by taste). Mix the pudding well, then pour into two containers and sprinkle over the almond flakes. It can be served hot or from the fridge, according to your preferences.
